At Rich Lyrics, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

    ●    Be unworn and unused
    ●    Be in its original condition
    ●    Have all original tags attached
    ●    Be free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or other signs of wear
    ●    Be returned in its original packaging when possible

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be final sale and cannot be returned, including:

    ●    Undergarments
    ●    Swimwear
    ●    Accessories
    ●    Items marked Final Sale
    ●    Gift cards
    ●    Customized or personalized items

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact Rich Lyrics Customer Support within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

    ●    Your full name
    ●    Order number
    ●    Item(s) you would like to return
    ●    Reason for the return
    ●    Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on where and how to send your item.

Do not send items back without first receiving return instructions from Rich Lyrics.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued. Processing times may vary by financial institution.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We currently accept exchanges for a different size or eligible item, subject to availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may be offered a refund or another available option.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges due to size, fit, or personal preference unless otherwise stated by Rich Lyrics.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the issue is confirmed to be our error, Rich Lyrics will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Rich Lyrics is not responsible for packages that are confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, or your building’s mailroom.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Rich Lyrics is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit before reaching us.

Order Cancellations

Because we work to process orders quickly, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and will need to follow our standard return policy.
